At Evident BD Ltd, we endeavour to make the returning of faulty items as smooth as we can to resolve any issues as quickly as possible. Any sort of return needs to approve by our team. We suggest our customers send us an email at [email protected] and wait for our response. We aim to respond to your queries within 24 hours.

Faulty items and repairs

In the unlikely event that a product is faulty, the first thing to do is to send an email to [email protected] with the subject line “Replacement/Repair/Faulty” and your order details including the order reference number as well as device details. Upon received our Customer Care team will contact you to discuss the options available.


If you’ve changed your mind and need to return an item, you have 14 days from the date of purchase to return your item(s).

In line with our returns policy, your item(s) needs to be:

  • Unused
  • In its original packaging (with the tags)
  • In a resaleable condition

Refunds will be processed immediately but it may take up to 10 working days. If you paid on the card, it can take up to 7 days to appear back in your account, with PayPal refunds taking up to 30 days. Please send an email to [email protected]

PLEASE NOTE The majority of products we stock come with a manufacturers warranty which we have to adhere to. We are constantly in talks with the manufacturers to ensure all returns are dealt with as quickly as possible.

Things to note:

  • Credit will be raised at the current market value or price paid.
  • Customer returns shall be in immaculate condition and unopened and the customer is responsible for associated freight costs.
  • Evident BD Ltd reserves the right to refuse to credit any product(s) not in a satisfactory condition.
  • Due to the recent development of COVID-19 and the safety of our staff at the moment we are not offering any repair/exchange on close contact items such as Headsets, USB Flash Drive. We urge our customers to please sanitise and disinfect all returns to the best of their ability.
